Oliver is often heard before he is seen; he is very loud and energetic. He will talk to anyone if they are standing close enough to hear him. He's rather spontaneous and makes plans on a whim with little planning, and is always seeking an excuse to go mess around with his friends.

He's carefree and lighthearted, willing to try everything once and never thinking ahead. Makko has to reign him in a lot of the time and keeping from indulging in his accident-prone nature. He can also be very forgetful and easily distracted, transitioning from one thing to the next without finishing what he's doing. He always does things his own way and isn't afraid to make mistakes. He also doesn't like long-term projects.

He also loves to just run as fast and as far as he can — he is a cheetah, after all. He was a track star in high school.
